At bott Smartvan, as well as being dedicated to ensuring our van racking and accessories are of premium quality, we’re committed to ensuring the process of designing and ordering your ideal van racking solution is seamless from start to finish. Our new site has been devised with this ethos at the forefront of its design.

We have always taken pride in offering an intuitive platform for our customers to create the perfect van racking solution. We’ve taken everything you loved about our previous van racking builder, to form the design of our new, easy-to-use configurator. 

In just four steps, you’ll be ready to checkout with a bespoke setup, that matches your van’s make and model, and complements the work you do in the field.

Step 1: Visit our simply laid out van racking page and choose your vehicle manufacturer
Step 2: Select your van’s model so we can provide custom options for your kit
Step 3: Choose the correct variant of your vehicle
Step 4: Get creative! There are plenty of options for your make and model of van. And if you’re not sure, it’s super easy to get in touch with our expert team. We’re on hand to help you create a solution that perfectly matches your requirements, based on your work and the tools, components and equipment you travel with.

And it’s not just the van racking process that’s improved with our new website; it is also far easier to shop accessories. You no longer need to navigate through the configurator, with van racking accessories sitting in their own dedication section.

From lockable storage and load security to perfo panels and shelves, select the accessory category you require to browse all the options available. You can view the full spec of every item, including weight and dimensions, as well as add straight to cart.

After talking to our customers, we found that housing the accessory section separately would make the process so much easier - with a much clearer layout and visibility on the specifications.

Whether you’re brand new to Smartvan, or identify as a die hard fan, you now have the option to create your own customer account. Here, you’ll find a more straightforward way to save and retrieve your van racking designs. This affords you the freedom to start building, leave to fact-find or think more deeply about what you might need, and then pick things up where you left off.

About our racking: bott modulo3 is our most recent van racking release. Learn tonnes about our most sophisticated design yet.

If you are a returning user with an SMV reference for a previously designed configuration, you will no longer be able to retrieve the design. However, using our updated configuration process you should be able to put your ideas together again quickly. If you run into any problems along the way, remember you can always get in touch.
