Promoter 

The promoter of this competition is Bott Ltd (trading as bott Smartvan) (“the Promoter”).

Competition Period The competition opens on 8th June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 31st July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must have purchased van racking products directly from the Promoter.

Only orders with a total value exceeding £1,500 (including VAT unless otherwise stated) will qualify.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible customers must:

Purchase van racking products with a total order value over £1,500; and

Submit photographs of their completed internal van fit-out via the Promoter’s official content submission form before the closing date. [LINK HERE]

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

Entries submitted through email, social media, or any other method will not qualify unless specifically accepted by the Promoter.

Photo Requirements

Submitted photographs must clearly show the installed van racking and internal vehicle fit-out.

Entrants confirm that they own the rights to the submitted images and have permission from any identifiable individuals featured in the photos.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject inappropriate, offensive, low-quality, or irrelevant submissions.

Prize

One winner will receive a refund equivalent to the value of their qualifying van racking order, up to a maximum amount determined by the Promoter.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered other than the refund of the qualifying order value.

Refunds will only apply to qualifying products purchased directly from the Promoter.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The random draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the content submission form within 14 days of the competition closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Promoter must publish winner details; can be limited by objection but must be shared with ASA if required.

Use of Submitted Content

By entering the competition, entrants grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share submitted photographs for marketing and promotional purposes across websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other media without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Personal data submitted in connection with the competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, delayed, lost, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or otherwise.

Right to Amend or Cancel

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

General

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our ability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law We are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or issues beyond our reasonable control
